Can I access the learning material without a subscription?

Yes, of course. Feel free to browse and access the existing learning material at your own pace, without a subscription.
If you’d like to access more content at a lower cost to you, the subscription options are available at any time.

What happens after the first 30 days?

Your subscription is automatically renewed, unless you cancel beforehand.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, of course! Cancellation can be made at any time through the ‘Vaš račun‘ page.

Are the payments secure?

Yes. All payments are facilitated securely through PayPal or Stripe.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, of course! Kontakt and I can arrange it for you.

How will I download content as part of my subscription?

Easy! After you’ve signed up, go to the ‘Learning material’ page and click on any song. Any item eligible for instant access as part of your subscription will appear with a ‘Download now’ button, where you can instantly download the files, without needing to add it to your cart.

How can I preview the content that you offer?

Go to the ‘Učno gradivo‘ page where you can preview and read about any material that I offer.

Can I still learn my favourite songs without a subscription/membership?

Of course. You can still browse the ‘Learning material’ page, and purchase content without a subscription. There is also some free content that you can access any time.

What happens if I reach my limit of files before the month has passed?

After you’ve reached the limit of (unique) downloaded files for the month, you can either wait to access more content after the renewal, or purchase the content separately.
Any content that you’ve previously downloaded as part of your subscription can be downloaded again later, without counting towards your limit.

What happens if I don’t use up my download limit for the month?

The remaining balance (for example, 2 downloads remaining for the month) will not carry over onto the next month. Your limit will reset each month, on the monthly anniversary of the subscription.

Will downloading the same item more than once count towards my subscription?

You can download the same file (eg. sheet music for a specific song, or ‘Learn to play’ video for a specific song) as many times as you want – it will only count as 1 unique download. However if you download sheet music for a specific song, and then also download the tutorial video for the same song, it will count as 2 unique downloads (because 2 files have been downloaded).

When does payment occur?

Initial payment occurs immediately upon sign up, and renewal payments occur automatically on the same day of each month (eg. a subscription that started on 2nd of February will renew on the 2nd day of each subsequent month)
